With more than 14 years of counselling experience working specifically within the 2SLGBTQI+ communities, and with the general adult populations in addictions, mental health and emotions, I provide psychotherapy services to adult individuals, couples, and groups with mental health, addiction and life challenges. From my office at Church St. and Queen St. East in Toronto, I provide a supportive environment for clients to safely explore challenges, conflicts and issues including achieving better emotional and physical health, and satisfying personal relationships.

I am a Registered Social Worker with training and experience in general psychotherapy, relationships, personal growth and spirituality as well as specific expertise in coming-out, sexual identity, gender identity, trauma, anger management, personality disorders, anxiety & depression, self-esteem and addictions.

My training & experience includes treating adult individuals and couples challenged by 2SLGBTQI+ issues, Sexuality, Gender, personality disorders, suicide, emotion dysregulation, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, substance use, process addictions, and family and relationships issues.

    • Virtual sessions are available Wednesday-Saturday via the jane telemedicine platform.

    • In-person sessions are available  Wednesday-Saturday at my Queen Street East office.

    My office is conveniently located at 111 Queen Street East, suite 450. The building entrance is directly across from Mutual Street just two blocks east of Queen Subway Station (TTC Line 1.)

  • Fees (January 2026)

    • 50 minute (standard) session, $180

    • 75 minute (extended or couple’s) session, $270

    • Payable by cash or online bank transfer

    • Eligible expense claim under most employee healthcare plans
